ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Customer Success Platform Architect to help customers establish a robust architectural foundation on the ServiceNow Platform and design solutions that deliver outcomes. The Senior Platform Architect ensures customers use leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations and platform health.

This is a consultative role focusing on guiding teams across engagements to provide a lasting solution.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 8+ years in a professional services/SaaS environment or equivalent.
• Management consulting experience.
• Ability to drive complex issues to resolution.
• Industry domain expertise.
• Large program experience in architecture and design.
• Fluency in English or Dutch/Flemish is essential.

Responsabilités

• Work with executives and architects during selling, structuring, and implementation of solutions.
• Be an architectural advisor across engagements to guide customers and teams.
• Provide architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Build relationships with Enterprise leaders to align ServiceNow with digital transformation.
• Translate goals into a customer roadmap and an architectural blueprint.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard.
• Manage governance, delivery model, and platform health.
• Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements and changes.
• Contribute leading practices related to the ServiceNow platform.
