Job summary

CHRLY Belgium is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to own end-to-end platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB governance and SecOps. You will lead design, governance and implementation efforts, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.

You will collaborate with IT, security, risk/compliance and operations, maintain roadmaps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while managing stakeholder expectations and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong expertise across ITOM, SecOps, IRM/GRC and CMDB governance.
• Ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams and align with enterprise standards.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CTA CMA CIS).

Responsibilities

• Define and own platform architecture across ITSM, ITOM, and SecOps.
• Lead solution design from discovery to implementation with governance.
• Develop data models, CMDB governance and security/access design.
• Drive integration patterns and ensure release readiness and quality gates.
• Collaborate with IT, security, risk/compliance and business stakeholders.
