Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and workflows.
• 8+ years in professional services (SaaS) or equivalent.
• Management consulting experience.
• Industry domain expertise.
• Large program experience leading architecture and design.
• Cloud application technology experience.
• Fluency in English or Dutch/Flemish.

Responsabilités

• Work with customers across executives and architects during selling, structuring, and implementation.
• Advise across engagements to guide customers, partners, and teams.
• Provide architectural knowledge across multiple workflows.
• Build relationships with CoEI and business leaders to align on digital transformation.
• Translate goals into customer roadmaps.
• Translate requirements into architectural blueprints.
• Engage with Enterprise Architects to position ServiceNow as the standard.
• Manage governance, delivery model and governance.
• Support sales by scoping and estimating engagements.
• Contribute leading practices for ServiceNow platform.
