Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Geel site is seeking a Plant Engineer for the Mobile Equipment Cleaning area. You will ensure operational excellence, GMP compliance, and support strategic improvements across the site, coordinating with multiple functions to maintain a safe, compliant and productive environment.

The role requires a technical background in Engineering, strong analytical skills and experience in regulated manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master in Engineering or related field with relevant work experience.
Experience in pharmaceutical/regulated environments is a strong plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

Improve operational excellence within Mobile Equipment Cleaning (Geel site).
Lead investigations into deviations and recurring problems, implement corrective actions.
Ensure GMP-compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as SME for processes, systems and equipment in Mobile Equipment Cleaning.
Lead and support projects on process optimization, capacity expansion and cost-efficiency.
Coordinate technical activities including shutdowns, start-ups and maintenance interventions.
Collaborate with Operations, QA, MSAT, Engineering and Safety teams.
