Johnson & Johnson Geel site invites a polyvalent technician to support chemical production plants as part of a planned capacity expansion (Project Atlas). You will perform maintenance, planned repairs and assist implementing advanced technologies for the plants, directly supporting the early stages of small molecule drug production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in maintenance technology (electro-mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation) or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured, orderly manner.
• Multidisciplinary technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, instrumentation and automation.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and proactive maintenance on production installations (mechanical and electrical) to ensure continuity and optimize equipment life cycle.
• Calibrations, inspections, testing, repairs, revisions, with safety, quality, and environmental considerations.
• Participate in improvements or projects and act as technical expert for managed equipment.
• Document installation up-to-date: BOM, P&ID, drawings, and technical docs.
