Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Geel/Antwerp site is seeking a Project Engineer (M/V/X) in Weighing & Logistics. You will lead end-to-end CAPEX projects, act as SPOC, and coordinate with operations, engineering, quality, and EHS while driving improvements across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes project management, GMP awareness, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. It offers a full-time onsite position with opportunities for growth within a global healthcare leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field such as logistics, engineering or supply chain.
• 2–5 years of experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Experience in project work is a plus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken Dutch and English knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Capex projects within Weighing & Logistics.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure alignment between operations, engineering, quality, EHS and other stakeholders.
• Support the Portfolio Management process within W&L and, over time, take responsibility for coordinating and following up the project portfolio.
• Help identify improvement opportunities and translate departmental needs into project initiatives.
