Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in a relevant field and at least 5 years’ experience in photonic or semiconductor process technology.
• Experience interacting with fabs, foundries or research institutes on technology transfer.
• In-depth PIC and semiconductor process knowledge, including BEOL and bonding technologies.
• Experience managing technology transfer projects and collaborations with external partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discussions with fabs and foundries on transferring HISP into high-volume manufacturing.
• Assess process compatibility and define integration with high-volume processes and infrastructure.
• Own the technical roadmap for process evaluation and transfer, including risk/gap analysis and qualification planning.
• Lead research collaborations with institutes to generate IP and mature HISP for volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate joint development activities to accelerate maturation of the HISP process.
