imec is seeking a Silicon Photonics Technical Lead Integration Expert (PID) to drive the debugging and industrialisation of silicon photonics process flows. You will coordinate across device design, characterization, metrology, and fabrication facilities to enable new devices and functionality for customers.

Formación

• PhD or Master in semiconductor processing or related field.
• Experience in silicon photonics integration is a strong plus.
• 7+ years in semiconductor processing or integration.
• Ability to interpret test data and relate it to wafer fabrication processes.
• Strong teamwork and project management capabilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Debug and industrialise process flows for silicon photonics devices.
• Define experiments and manage development activities with external fabrication facilities.
• Follow-up on processing of test material and analyze performance data.
• Report results internally and to customers.
• Collaborate with device design, characterization, process development, metrology and defectivity.
• Represent imec in contacts with third parties and semiconductor players.
