Neurophos is seeking a Senior BEOL (Back-End-Of-Line) Process Integration Engineer to lead BEOL integration for our photonic chip at our Belgium foundry partner. You will own process flow, drive yield and reliability improvements, and work daily with foundry engineers and Neurophos teams to meet ambitious specs.

Responsibilities include BEOL flow ownership, DOE in fab, fault isolation leadership, DFM feedback, and cross-functional collaboration to translate constraints into design rules.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in BEOL/FEOL process integration, FAB/device/production engineering in a foundry or IDM.
• Experience reading GDS/GDSII layouts and providing DFM feedback; strong analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Own BEOL process integration flow for Neurophos photonic chip and ensure process steps meet specifications.
• Lead fault isolation and failure analysis from electrical test data to root cause.
• Define and maintain BEOL process specs and SPC control limits; drive improvements with foundry teams.
• Coordinate process development/transfer between development and high-volume manufacturing.
• Review GDS layouts for process compatibility and flag DRC/DFM issues; communicate risks clearly.
• Collaborate with device physics, design, and product teams to translate constraints into guidelines.
