Job summary

imec, headquartered in Leuven, Belgium, seeks a Lead Process Integration Engineer for Specialized Products Engineering. You will own end-to-end integration flows for 300mm wafer programs, balancing performance, yield, and manufacturability, and drive industrialisation from R&D to production.

You will lead cross-functional teams across lithography, etch, thin films, CMP and advanced packaging, applying data-driven problem solving and DOE methodologies to improve process capability and defect

Qualifications

• PhD or Master's degree in a relevant semiconductor discipline.
• 7+ years hands-on wafer fabrication experience.
• Strong knowledge of CMOS/process integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration flows for 300mm wafer programs.
• Lead industrialisation, NPIs, and tech transfer from R&D to production.
• Collaborate with lithography, etch, thin films, CMP and packaging teams.
• Drive root-cause analysis using DOE and fab data analytics.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Mentor and elevate integration engineers within the department.
