Job summary

Work Life Group is seeking a specialist to run its phishing simulation service for a multinational defence organisation in Mons. You will act as the main contact for teams using the service, plan campaigns, build a library of templates, and keep the system up to date.

You will monitor trends, report results to operators and management, manage licences, and coordinate with vendors. A degree plus 3 years of experience, or 10 years of progressive experience, is required.

Qualifications

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
• A solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for both operators and management.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management, and good organisation across many deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead.
• A plus: Power BI or Excel dashboards, scripting or APIs, mail security gateways, a cyber certification.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main contact for the teams that use the phishing simulation service
• Planning campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules
• Building and maintaining a library of approved, reusable phishing templates
• Following phishing and social engineering trends and turning them into realistic scenarios
• Administering the simulation platform and working with the vendor on issues
• Tracking licences and renewals, and reporting results, trends and follow-up actions
