Job summary

Brevco Services is seeking a skilled security awareness professional to support enterprise phishing simulations and awareness initiatives. You will design scenarios, manage templates, and coordinate across entities to ensure consistent practices and measurable results.

You will monitor trends, build dashboards with Excel/Power BI, and deliver entity-level and management reports while maintaining documentation and governance across multiple NATO-related and multi-entity contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns and using phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
• Strong understanding of phishing and social engineering techniques, email technologies, and relevant security controls.
• Ability to design realistic scenarios and templates, with attention to detail in campaign configuration and validation.
• Strong analytical skills to consolidate and normalize results across entities and produce clear operational and management reports.
• Effective stakeholder management and vendor coordination, working with technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple entities, campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work independently and proactively identify issues.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate entities: act as primary service contact, provide campaign support per entity needs, promote consistent practices.
• Plan and execute campaigns: define objectives, audiences, scenarios, schedules; configure, test, validate, execute and review campaigns.
• Manage phishing templates: build reusable templates, support entity templates, adapt scenarios for audiences and languages.
• Maintain threat relevance: monitor trends, propose realistic simulations, share insights.
• Administer platform and coordinate provider: manage user access, whitelisting, track issues and communicate changes.
• Support license and contract management: track usage, renewal dates, procurement considerations, with owners retaining decisions.
• Deliver reporting: produce entity-level and consolidated reports with metrics and trends.
• Maintain documentation and governance: keep procedures and formats up to date, ensure privacy compliance, suggest improvements.
