Job summary

The Work Life Group is seeking a specialist to run its phishing simulation service across multiple teams, languages and audiences in Mons, Belgium. You will act as the main contact, plan campaigns, and maintain a library of approved phishing templates to stay ahead of evolving threats.

You will build realistic scenarios from trends in phishing and social engineering, administer the platform, and report results with clear insights for operators and management.

Qualifications

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
• Solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for both operators and management.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management, and good organisation across many deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead.
• A plus: Power BI or Excel dashboards, scripting or APIs, mail security gateways, a cyber certification.
