Job summary

WLG in Mons, Belgium is seeking a specialist to run its phishing simulation service across teams, languages and audiences. You will be the main contact for teams using the service, plan campaigns, build a library of templates, monitor trends, administer the platform, and report results.

A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or 10 years progressive experience, is required; Power BI or Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience, or 10 years of progressive experience.
• Experience running enterprise phishing campaigns and security awareness programs.
• Solid grasp of email technologies, social engineering and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for operators and management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for teams using the phishing simulation service.
• Plan campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules.
• Build and maintain a library of approved, reusable phishing templates.
• Follow phishing trends and translate them into realistic scenarios.
• Administer the simulation platform and coordinate with the vendor on issues.
• Track licences and renewals, and report results and follow-up actions.
