Job summary

Work Life Group in Belgium is seeking a dedicated specialist to run its phishing-simulation service across teams, languages and audiences. You will act as the main contact for teams using the service and plan campaigns with clear objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules.

You will build and maintain an approved library of phishing templates, monitor trends in phishing and social engineering, administer the simulation platform, coordinate with vendors and report results and follow-ups to

Qualifications

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
• A solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for both operators and management.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management, and good organisation across many deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the main contact for the teams that use the phishing simulation service
• Planning campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules
• Building and maintaining a library of approved, reusable phishing templates
• Following phishing and social engineering trends and turning them into realistic scenarios
• Administering the simulation platform and working with the vendor on issues
• Tracking licences and renewals, and reporting results, trends and follow-up actions
