WLG is seeking a Phishing Simulation Specialist to run its enterprise phishing campaigns across multiple teams and languages. You will act as the primary contact, plan campaigns, build reusable templates, and adapt scenarios from evolving phishing trends.

The role requires hands-on platform experience and strong reporting to management. You will manage calendars, licenses, and vendor relations while contributing to security awareness efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
• Solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for both operators and management.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management, and good organization across many deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience.
• Plus: Power BI or Excel dashboards, scripting or APIs, mail security gateways, a cyber certification.

What You Would Be Doing

• Acting as the main contact for the teams that use the phishing simulation service
• Planning campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules
• Building and maintaining a library of approved, reusable phishing templates
• Following phishing and social engineering trends and turning them into realistic scenarios
• Administering the simulation platform and working with the vendor on issues
• Tracking licences and renewals, and reporting results, trends and follow-up actions
