Job summary

WLG in Mons, Belgium is seeking a specialist to run its phishing simulation service across teams, languages and audiences. You will be the main contact for teams using the service, plan campaigns, build a library of templates, monitor trends, administer the platform, and report results.

A Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience, or 10 years progressive experience, is required; Power BI or Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3 years of experience, or 10 years of progressive experience.
• Experience running enterprise phishing campaigns and security awareness programs.
• Solid grasp of email technologies, social engineering and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for operators and management.

Responsibilities

What You Would Be Doing

• Acting as the main contact for the teams that use the phishing simulation service
• Planning campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules
• Building and maintaining a library of approved, reusable phishing templates
• Following phishing and social engineering trends and turning them into realistic scenarios
• Administering the simulation platform and working with the vendor on issues
• Tracking licences and renewals, and reporting results, trends and follow-up actions

What you would bring

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms
• A solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls
• Strong analytical skills and clear reporting for both operators and management
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management, and good organisation across many deadlines
• A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead
• A plus: Power BI or Excel dashboards, scripting or APIs, mail security gateways, a cyber certification
