Job summary

Vector Synergy is seeking a dedicated professional to support and lead enterprise phishing simulation and security awareness programs in a Belgian context. You will coordinate multiple entities, advise on campaign objectives, audiences, and schedules, and ensure consistent practices across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing templates, validating campaigns, and maintaining a library of reusable scenarios while adapting content for different languages and contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of phishing, social engineering, and email security.
• Ability to design realistic scenarios and templates with attention to detail.
• Experience delivering security awareness and human-risk programs across large organizations.
• Knowledge of threat intelligence and current phishing trends.
• Experience developing dashboards and metrics using Excel/Power BI, with automation and APIs.

Job description

• Experience managing or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns and using phishing simulation and security awareness platforms ;
• Strong understanding of phishing and social engineering techniques, email technologies, and relevant security controls ;
• Ability to design realistic scenarios and templates, with attentio n to detail in campaign configuration and validation.
• Experience delivering phishing simulation, security awareness, and human-risk management programs across large, federated, multinational, or multi-entity organizations ;
• Knowledge of threat intelligence, current phishing trends, mail security gateways, and related email security environments ;
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and awareness metrics using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools, alongside automation, scripting, APIs, or platform integrations .

Duties/role:

• Supporting and coordinating entities by acting as the primary service contact, providing advice or comprehensive campaign support according to entity needs, coordinating stakeholders, and promoting consistent practices and knowledge sharing ;
• Planning and executing campaigns by defining objectives, audiences, scenarios, and schedules; configuring, testing, validating, executing, and reviewing campaigns aligned with organizational awareness objectives ;
• Managing phishing templates by creating and maintaining an approved, reusable template library, supporting entity-developed templates, and adapting scenarios for different audiences, languages, and business contexts .
