Job summary

WLG in Mons is seeking a specialist to run its phishing simulation service across teams, languages, and audiences. You will manage campaigns, build templates, and stay ahead of social engineering trends while coordinating with vendors.

The role requires experience with enterprise phishing campaigns, hands-on use of security awareness platforms, and strong analytical reporting to operators and management. A degree plus significant relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience running or supporting enterprise phishing simulation campaigns.
• Hands-on use of phishing simulation and security awareness platforms.
• Solid grasp of social engineering, email technologies and related security controls.
• Strong analytical skills with clear reporting for operators and management.
• Confident stakeholder and vendor management across multiple deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or 10 years of progressive experience instead.
• Power BI or Excel dashboards, scripting or APIs, mail security gateways, cybersecurity certification are a plus.

What You Would Be Doing

• Acting as the main contact for the teams that use the phishing simulation service
• Planning campaigns: objectives, audiences, scenarios and schedules
• Building and maintaining a library of approved, reusable phishing templates
• Following phishing and social engineering trends and turning them into realistic scenarios
• Administering the simulation platform and working with the vendor on issues
• Tracking licences and renewals, and reporting results, trends and follow-up actions

What you would bring
