Job summary

Adecco Belgium is seeking a field-based pharmaceutical sales specialist to build strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and assistants, delivering engaging scientific presentations and educational discussions.

You will organize training for pharmacy teams, drive product recommendations, ensure in-store execution and promotional effectiveness, analyze territory performance, document activities in CRM, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while staying compliant with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a life sciences field; business degree also considered.
• Experience in pharmaceutical sales or promotion to health professionals is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with scientific credibility.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners and assistants.
• Deliver scientific product presentations and educational discussions.
• Organise learning sessions and product training for pharmacy teams.
• Drive product recommendations by highlighting features and benefits.
• Ensure in-store execution, availability, merchandising and promotions.
• Analyse territory performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Document customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Excellence.
