Job summary

Pauwels Consulting client seeks a Sales Representative to join the pharmacy channel team in the Province of Antwerp. You will work in a dynamic, international environment focused on making wellness products accessible across the Antwerp region.

As part of the regional sales team, you report to the Sales Manager and represent a diverse portfolio of brands within the pharmacy network. You will visit pharmacies, present products, and drive growth through effective territory execution.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in field sales is essential.
• Fluent in Dutch with good knowledge of English and/or French.
• Experience in merchandising or in-store execution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy teams.
• Execute the territory business plan through 5 to 6 daily pharmacy visits and route planning.
• Achieve and exceed commercial objectives by expanding product distribution and enhancing brand visibility.
• Deliver professional product presentations and provide guidance on therapeutic applications and category opportunities.
• Analyse market performance within your territory to identify growth opportunities.
• Strengthen market position by implementing promotional and merchandising initiatives at the pharmacy level.
