Arcadis is seeking a Process Project Engineer to support engineering projects and process improvements at a pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Belgium. You will work in a self-managing project team, applying technical expertise and gaining exposure to a broad project portfolio.

The role requires a degree in engineering, experience in pharma manufacturing, GMP knowledge, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with collaborative work across manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment.
• Initial engineering/manufacturing experience is an asset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn and grow within a project-based environment.
• Effective communicator and strong team player.
• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Support the execution of process engineering and capital projects.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and engineering assessments.
• Participate in project planning, implementation, commissioning, and follow-up activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.
• Analyze process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
