Arcadis Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Leader to independently manage engineering and process projects in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will work with internal stakeholders, serve as a technical reference, and drive improvements across the project lifecycle.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering engineering/process projects in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of process equipment and plant operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering and process projects throughout the project lifecycle.
• Define project scope, budget, planning, and deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external contractors where required.
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
• Ensure project execution complies with site, safety, and quality requirements.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior project leaders and engineers.
• Collaborate closely with the SPOC and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
