Arcadis in Geel seeks an experienced PMO to act as the central contact for a diverse portfolio of engineering and process projects on site. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Leaders and Engineers, ensuring delivery aligned with site operations and strategic objectives.

You will bridge stakeholders, business functions and project teams, provide direction, challenge assumptions and drive portfolio execution, leveraging your leadership and governance expertise in a GMP-aware

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
Strong knowledge of process engineering and project execution.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent Dutch and professional English.
Experience in GMP-regulated environments.

Responsabilités

Oversee a portfolio of engineering and process-related projects across the site.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of Project Leaders and Engineers.
Act as SPOC between stakeholders, business functions and project teams.
Provide portfolio-level governance, reporting and decision support.
Challenge project assumptions and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure alignment with site strategy and operational objectives.
