Biopharma Careers in Puurs, Belgium, seeks a Process Engineer to manage CAPEX projects for production equipment across preprocessing, compounding and aseptic filling. You will oversee budgets, design reviews, FAT/SAT, and commissioning, while serving as SME for key processes. Fluent English and Dutch are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years engineering experience.
• At least 2 years in investment projects, preferably pharma aseptic.
• Proven project management skills including contract management and project controlling.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Good collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Execute capex projects within preprocessing, compounding and filling of aseptic products in Puurs.
• Initiate the project, develop business case together with stakeholders.
• Reach out to suppliers, order equipment, perform design reviews and FAT/SAT and commissioning testing.
• Manage capex project budget and schedule across departments.
• Become subject matter expert for preprocessing, compounding and filling processes within the site.
• Take initiatives to challenge the status quo and evaluate alternatives and new technologies.
• Develop project execution strategy and execute investment projects according to customer needs.
