Arcadis Belgium is seeking a Senior Project Leader to independently manage engineering and process projects in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing setting. You will work with internal stakeholders, serve as a technical reference, and drive improvements across the project lifecycle.

You will mentor junior team members, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and delivering engineering/process projects in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of process equipment and plant operations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.

As a Senior Project Leader, you will independently manage engineering and process-related projects from initiation through implementation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and serve as a technical reference for less experienced team members.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of project types, from process improvements and equipment modifications to operational excellence initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP.
• Several years of project management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of process engineering principles.
• Strong knowledge of process equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and English.
