Job summary

IFF is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support Belgium and the Netherlands payroll operations from a hybrid role based in Olen (Belgium), Zaandam (Netherlands), or Asturias (Spain). You will partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing across both countries.

Key focus areas include managing day-to-day payroll, validating data, and ensuring statutory compliance within manufacturing and unionized environments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated payroll experience for Belgium and/or the Netherlands.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation and social security.
• Dutch language proficiency; English business fluency.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll for Belgium and the Netherlands with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate inputs, processing, validation, and outputs with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll obligations and collective bargaining environments.
