Job summary

NV CHEP Benelux SA in Mechelen, Belgium, is seeking a Key Account Analyst to strengthen customer relationships and pallet management. You’ll analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, while handling administrative tasks to ensure timely processing. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, with Excel, Power BI, and SAP knowledge a plus.

The role operates in a hybrid work model. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver an exceptional customer experience,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2+).
• Knowledge of French is a plus.
• Strong analytical mind with good time management and prioritization.
• Detail-oriented with global stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Excel; Power BI and SAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests within SLAs.
• Onboard customers and deliver system training to support customer success.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations for seamless customer experience.
• Maintain up-to-date customer data and service requests in systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of accounts to identify improvements and opportunities.
• Contribute ideas to optimize customer service processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Support retention by addressing issues and monitoring satisfaction.
• Advocate for customers within the organization with stakeholders.
