Job summary

EMW is seeking an Oracle Applications Functional SME for Financials to deliver Level 3 support for the Fins Application Service across NATO. The contractor will maintain existing Oracle E-Business Suite Financials and Purchasing modules, support incidents, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The candidate must hold an active NATO SECRET clearance, be fluent in English, and have deep knowledge of GL, AP, AR, CAM, and SL accounting processes. On-site work in Belgium is required.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.X Financials and Purchasing applications.
• Excellent understanding of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management and Sub-Ledger Accounting.
• Strong understanding of travel claim processes and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications.
• Log and track incidents, update tickets, and meet service levels.
• Develop and review documentation for requirements and designs.
• Provide training and guidance on Oracle EBS best practices.
