Job summary

NCIA in Belgium is seeking an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to support the FinS service in Braine-l'Alleud. You will provide Level 2/3 functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x Financials and Purchasing, including GL, AP, AR, and related processes, plus training and knowledge transfer.

The role requires ITIL 4, on-site work from 15 November 2026 to 30 December 2026, with approximately 279 hours and some travel to other NATO sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2.x Financials and Purchasing.
• Ability to provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support.
• Familiarity with finance, acquisition and travel processes in Oracle EBS.
• Hands-on SQL knowledge and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ITSM tools (BMC Remedy) for incident management.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related applications.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 functional support.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, problems and service requests.
• Log, track and maintain support tickets within agreed service levels.
• Gather and analyse new business requirements and change requests.
• Support application configuration, setup and functional design.
