Job summary

VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Belgium is seeking an IT support specialist to assist Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications for projects and in-service support.

You will log and track incidents via the helpdesk system, ensure tickets are up-to-date, and resolve issues within agreed service levels, contributing to smooth operations for the client and internal teams. A NATO Secret clearance is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge and experience with travel claim related processes and tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience providing L2/L3 support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting functional support services for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications (e.g. GL Wands, Apro) both for projects and in-service support.
• Supporting logging and tracking support incidents using the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Ensuring all tickets are updated with accurate and detailed information and resolved within the agreed service levels.
