NATO NBAC is seeking an Oracle E-Business Suite Financials SME to provide L3 functional support across finance and purchasing modules. The role focuses on maintaining existing applications while enabling continuous improvement, working under the Service Delivery Manager and delivering incident resolution, change implementation, and knowledge sharing.

The contractor will operate in a full time, on-site capacity in Braine-l’Alleud, with daily status updates and close collaboration with IT teams.

Formación

Active NATO SECRET security clearance required.
Detailed knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.X Financials and Purchasing.
Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and related processes.

Responsabilidades

Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications.
Log and track incidents, ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
Gather, design and document new requirements and changes.
Develop and review functional/technical design documents and system specs.
Estimate time for development and change implementation.
Ensure full lifecycle tests before user acceptance testing.
Contribute to projects and knowledge base, provide user training.
Promote self-service tools and communicate effectively with users.
Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery and provide briefings.
