Zusammenfassung

Spektrum seeks an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to support FinS in Belgium. You will provide Level 2/3 functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite and related applications, focusing on finance and purchasing modules.

You will gather requirements, design changes, test, and train users while ensuring service excellence. Some travel to NATO sites may be required; on-site policy applies.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2.x Financials and Purchasing.
• Experience providing L2/L3 functional support for EBS.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, E-Business Tax, Purchasing.
• Public Sector accounting processes and financial controls.
• Ability to document processes and train users.
• ITIL 4 understanding and service management practices.

Aufgaben

• Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and related applications.
• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 functional support.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, problems and service requests.
• Log, track and maintain support tickets within agreed SLAs.
• Gather and analyse new business requirements and change requests.
• Support configuration, setup and functional design.
• Develop and review requirements and design documents.
• Estimate effort for new requirements and implementations.
• Perform full lifecycle testing prior to UAT.
• Support integration across projects and service lines.
• Escalate complex issues to vendors and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain knowledge-base documentation.
• Provide Oracle EBS guidance and training to users.
• Deliver briefings and presentations.
