Tiense Suikerraffinaderij in Merksem seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead production operations and drive excellence across safety, quality, and efficiency. You will coach teams, coordinate planning and supply chain activities, and lead investment projects in a dynamic, data-driven environment.

With a strong engineering background and 5–10 years in manufacturing, you will foster a collaborative culture and own continuous improvements while reporting to the Plant Manager.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience with maintenance management and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in managing teams with coaching and motivation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and food safety standards.
• Collaborative mindset and strong team-player attitude.
• Hands-on, open communication culture and ownership mindset.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day production operations at the Merksem plant.
• Coach and develop team leaders and operators.
• Coordinate and optimize production planning and supply chain activities.
