Job summary

Keertana Finserv in Brussels is seeking a customer service oriented loan operations associate to assist with gold loans, documentation, and system entries.

You will handle repayments and renewals, ensure accurate records for gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and related transactions, and support overdue account follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome customers, understand requirements, explain loan products/processes, and handle customer queries professionally.
• Gold Loan Operations: Support gold-loan processing, documentation, system entries, and gold valuation, pledge, disbursement, and transaction records.
• Repayments & Renewals: Follow up on EMI/payment dues, assist with payment queries, renewals, documentation, and gold release formalities.
• Auction & Pending Accounts: Support follow-ups for overdue and auction-related accounts and maintain required records and customer communication.
