VetPharm Global is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to connect customers, suppliers, sales, warehouse and transport, ensuring smooth order to delivery processes.

You will combine customer service, logistics coordination and operational monitoring, maintaining a big-picture view and taking initiative to ensure correct and timely service. Fluency in Dutch and English is expected, with additional languages a plus.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a customer service & operations coordinator who can effortlessly connect customers, suppliers, sales, warehouse and transport. Do you like to stay in control and ensure that everything runs smoothly from order to delivery?

In this varied position, you’ll combine customer service, logistics coordination and operational monitoring. You’ll keep an eye on the big picture, take the initiative and ensure that customers can always count on correct and timely service.

Your responsibilities:

• You are the point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal colleagues.
• You process orders and follow them up from request to delivery.
• You answer customer questions by phone and e-mail.
• You manage stock levels and identify possible stock shortages in good time.
• You will support the purchasing and supply processes.
• You coordinate transports and follow up on export files.
• You will ensure the follow-up of quality and administrative documentation.
• You regularly coordinate with sales, the warehouse and logistics partners.
• You monitor deadlines and ensure a smooth and correct flow of information.
