Our client is a globally recognised industrial manufacturer. A Project Coordinator is sought to drive cross-functional collaboration with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams, ensuring smooth project execution and timely outcomes.

The role focuses on managing quotations and orders across the project lifecycle, monitoring materials, expediting orders when needed, and working closely with Supply Chain to guarantee on-time delivery while upholding best practices.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate projects in collaboration with Customer Care, Project Coordination and Engineering teams.
• Act as a key point of contact between internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage quotation and order-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor material availability and proactively expedite orders when required.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain teams to guarantee timely delivery of products.
• Ensure excellent customer service by adhering to established processes and best practices.
• Support customers by analysing requests, questions and operational challenges.
• Assist in customer care improvement initiatives and training-related projects.
• Contribute to operational projects and provide support to management when needed.
