Job Description
You will work alongside the existing DSS+ specialist team to deliver coaching and training aimed at changing safety culture and behaviours within the Dutch facilities of a global business.

Job Requirements
As a Dutch-speaking Risk Management and Health & Safety expert, you will deliver coaching and training to the leadership teams of this global business, working as part of the DSS+ delivery team. You should have a proven track record of coaching for behavioural change and possess an in-depth understanding of operational risk management, particularly health & safety issues in hazardous environments. You must be willing to work on a freelance basis and be fluent in both Dutch and English.
