Michael Page zoekt een ervaren EHS Specialist voor een internationale groep actief in industriële oplossingen. Je versterkt de veiligheid- en milieucultuur, ondersteunt operaties en projecten en drijft continue verbetering over meerdere entiteiten.

Vereisten: ≥5 jaar EHS-ervaring, kennis van Belgische regelgeving en ISO 45001/VCA. Nederlands en Engels vloeiend; Frans is een plus. Je bent autonoom, hands-on en communicatief sterk. Hybride werken wordt geboden.

Qualifications

• ≥5 jaar EHS-ervaring in een industriële of dienstverlenende omgeving
• Sterke kennis van veiligheidsregelgeving (België verplicht) en ervaring met EHS-managementsystemen zoals ISO 45001 / VCA
• Ervaring met projectveiligheid tools (HAZOP, RAMS, PSSR) is een plus
• Vloeiende beheersing van Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Frans is een sterk pluspunt
• Autonome, pragmatische en hands-on mentaliteit; sterke communicator met beïnvloedingsvaardigheden

Responsabilités

• Bevorderen van een sterke veiligheid- en milieu cultuur
• Onderhouden en verbeteren van EHS-systemen (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VCA)
• Ondersteunen van projecten met veiligheidsmethodieken (HAZOP, RAMS, PSSR)
• Optreden als EHS-contactpunt voor operationele veldteams
• Uitvoeren van risico-inventarisaties, audits en site-veiligheidsbeoordelingen
• Onderzoeken van incidenten en definiëren van preventieve maatregelen
• Uitvoeren van EHS-trainingen en bewustwordingsprogramma's
• Zorgen voor naleving van BE/NL regelgeving en rapportage

Our client is a leading international group active in industrial solutions. Operating in a dynamic Benelux environment, they combine global standards with local agility. They are looking for an EHS Specialist to strengthen safety culture, support operations and projects, and drive continuous improvement across multiple entities.

• Champion a strong safety and environmental culture
• Maintain and improve EHS systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, VCA)
• Support projects with safety methodologies (HAZOP, RAMS, PSSR)
• Act as EHS point of contact for operational field teams
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and site safety reviews
• Investigate incidents and define preventive measures
• Deliver EHS training and awareness programs
• Ensure compliance with BE/NL regulations and reporting

Profiel

• 5+ years in EHS within an industrial or service environment
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations (Belgium required, NL is a plus)
• Experience with EHS management systems (ISO 45001 / VCA)
• Familiar with project safety tools (HAZOP, RAMS…) is a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
• Autonomous, pragmatic, and hands-on mindset
• Strong communicator with influencing skills
