Us3 Ltd seeks an Onsite Support Engineer to deliver hands-on IT support for end-user devices, Microsoft 365, and meeting room technology in a Belgian environment. You will troubleshoot Windows laptops and mobile devices, manage Intune/MDM, and maintain AV systems for video conferences.

You will participate in incident management, asset tracking, and executive meeting support while ensuring high service quality and strong customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifikationen

• Provide onsite and remote support for Windows 10/11 laptops, desktops, peripherals, and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot Apple iOS and Android mobile devices, including email, Teams, VPN, and application configuration.
• Support Microsoft Intune, device enrolment, mobile device management, and hardware lifecycle activities.
• Maintain Teams Rooms and AV equipment, including cameras, microphones, displays, and video conferencing systems.
• Provide hands-and-feet support for network, infrastructure, server, security, and workplace technology teams.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tools.
