Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a Teamlead System Engineer to coordinate and support a technical IT team in Belgium. You will lead projects, mentor colleagues, and dive in hands-on when needed to ensure successful implementations and high customer satisfaction.

You will guide hardware and software installations, configure firewalls, and advise clients on security best practices, while translating complex problems into clear solutions.

Qualifications

• Technical IT education with strong IT background in hardware & software.
• Experience as a team leader or coordinator.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT tools, systems, and security solutions.
• Hands-on experience with firewall, security tools, and hardware installations.
• Strong Dutch and French communication skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving.
• Leadership skills to motivate, guide, and coordinate a team.
• Ability to translate complex technical issues into clear solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of IT professionals.
• Install and configure IT systems, including hardware and software.
• Implement and configure firewalls and other security tools.
• Advise customers on IT security best practices.
• Handle technical and functional inquiries related to both hardware and software.
• Train customers in system usage and provide post-implementation support.
