In4Matic is seeking a hands-on engineer to install and configure software on-board systems and deliver customer training. You will perform testing, validation, and inspections to ensure quality, while documenting activities in internal tools.

Remote duties include being the primary technical contact and resolving issues with project teams across Western Europe. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/ Electronics/ ICT, experience with system testing, Linux basics, and strong English

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Electronics, ICT or equivalent experience.
Experience with system testing and troubleshooting.
Basic knowledge of Linux, software/hardware systems, and networking (TCP/IP, FTP, SSH).
Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel 20–30% within Western Europe.

Responsabilités

On-site: Installing and configuring software on-board systems.
On-site: Delivering hands-on training to customers to ensure effective system usage.
On-site: Performing testing, validation, and system inspections to guarantee quality standards.
On-site: Documenting activities and reporting clearly using internal tools.
Remote: Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
Remote: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues remotely.
Remote: Supporting project delivery in collaboration with project management and engineering teams.
