Job summary

Spektrum supports apex purchasers (NATO, UN, EU, and National Government and Defence) and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem with specialist services in aerospace and defence. We seek an experienced consultant to lead and coordinate Procurement transformation within CDT, driving enterprise process harmonisation, ERP and cloud initiatives in NATO’s digitalisation.

You will engage senior stakeholders, prepare briefing material, manage risks, and ensure coherent delivery across projects and cloud

Qualifications

Requires minimum 8 years of digital transformation experience in Business Services, with significant Procurement domain exposure.
Proven experience leading Procurement transformation, ERP implementation and cloud-enabled solutions.
Demonstrated experience in large international organisations and multinational environments.
Proven programme and project management experience in complex settings.
Strong ability to interact with and influence senior executive stakeholders.
Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
Experience with NATO policy and security considerations.
Familiarity with market solutions in Procurement and enterprise services.

Responsibilities

Manage projects within the Business Services Transformation programme, delivering scope on time and within budget.
Engage with stakeholders across NATO entities to drive harmonisation of enterprise services.
Develop and maintain documentation for all tasks.
Maintain risk and issue registers and propose mitigation measures.
