Keystone Solutions seeks a consultant to support client IT production budgets, forecasts and financial reporting on client sites.

You will monitor cost categories, manage contract lifecycles, and collaborate with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers and Procurement. The role includes using tools to initiate requests, track spend and ensure end-to-end finance processes, with 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in performance management.
Strong Excel skills required.
Detail-oriented, process-driven, adaptable, reliable and collaborative.
Experience with budgeting, allocation, expense tracking and forecasting is a plus.
Experience in banking environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide day-to-day support to IT Production teams, assisting with budget forecasts and financial reporting.
Monitor, manage and document evolution of all cost categories (Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs and Subco).
Oversee life-cycle of contracts, from initiation to completion.
Work with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement and other key stakeholders.
Use tools to initiate new requests, oversee current spend, and manage follow-ups.
Track and manage the finance process end-to-end.
