Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or similar qualification.
• At least 3 years of performance management experience.
• Strong Excel skills mandatory.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Familiarity with SAP and BNPP tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and document evolution of cost categories (Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs and Subco).
• Oversee life-cycle of contracts, from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement and other relevant parties.
• Employ various tools to initiate new requests, oversee status of current spend, manage follow-up actions.
• Track and manage the finance process end-to-end, ensuring all steps are completed effectively.

Mission Overview:

This is a consultancy mission at the client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to IT Production teams, assisting with the management of their budget forecasts and financial reporting.
• Monitor, manage and document the evolution of all cost categories (Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs and Subco).
• Oversee life-cycle of contracts, from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with key stakeholders such as Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement and other relevant parties.
• Employ various tools to initiate new requests, oversee status of current spend, manage follow-up actions.
• Track and manage the finance process end-to-end, ensuring all steps are completed effectively.

Language Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch or French and English is required.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or similar qualification.

Telework:

• Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.

Required Experience / Knowledge:

• At least 3 years' relevant experience in performance management.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory: Experienced in supporting management of departmental budgets, from allocation to expense tracking and future forecast.
• Strong Excel skills is a must.
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, adaptable, reliable and collaborative.
• Preferable: Experience of BNPP tools and financial processes is an asset.
• SAP Experience.
