Keystone Solutions is seeking a PMO Support to join a busy PMO at a client site for a three-month engagement. You will assist with resourcing, finance, risk, governance, and project reporting, working alongside project managers and internal teams across three axes: Resource, Cost, and Communication & Reporting.

Key duties include managing planning tools (Planview), coordinating timewriting and monthly reporting, scheduling meetings, and supporting audits on a client site.

Qualifications

• Entry level to up to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Solid MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Manage project management tooling and monthly reporting/invoicing.
• Support PMO in resourcing, cost tracking, and governance tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and track actions.
• Provide input to improve project processes and standards.
