Keystone Solutions is seeking a senior PMO/Transformation Consultant to embed with our client's Technology Center, delivering a consolidated project portfolio, governance, and KPI reporting. You will advance capacity planning, organize decision-making, and formalize operating models while driving continuous improvement.

On-site with the client as needed, you will collaborate with multi-stakeholder teams, lead portfolio reviews, design templates, and produce executive summaries to support

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• 5+ years in Enterprise PMO or Transformation PMO.
• Proven portfolio management experience.
• Experience in governance and organizational structuring.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Proven experience with project methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, PMI, Agile/Scrum).
• Strong MS Office/Excel skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a team context.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and consolidate the Technology Center's portfolio of projects and initiatives, including roadmap monitoring.
• Structure prioritization and arbitration mechanisms.
• Prepare management arbitration and decision-making.
• Ensure follow-up of decisions and action plans.
• Design and implement PMO practices within the Technology Center.
• Contribute to capacity planning exercises.
• Prepare management review materials.
• Organize portfolio reviews.
• Produce executive summaries and recommendations.
• Ensure progress reporting on strategic initiatives.
