Keystone Solutions is seeking a performance management professional for a client-site consultancy role in Belgium. The position requires strong budget management, Excel expertise, and collaboration with procurement, contract managers, and tribe leads.

The role involves 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking, with 3+ years of relevant experience and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. A degree in economics or related field is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or a related field.
• 3+ years' experience in performance management or similar.
• Strong Excel skills and budget management experience.
• Experience with SAP and BNPP tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support to IT Production teams with budget forecasts and financial reporting.
• Monitor, manage and document evolution of cost categories: Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs, Subco.
• Oversee contract lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement and others.
• Use tools to initiate requests, track spend, and follow up on actions.
• Manage end-to-end finance processes to ensure all steps are completed.
