Keystone Solutions is seeking a Financial Reporting Officer to support a client in the Transformation Office, delivering expert reporting services on-site and remotely. The role focuses on data validation, harmonised reporting, and robust monthly closures while leveraging advanced Excel and Access skills.

The position requires 5+ years of experience, a economics degree, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English, with a mix of on-site and home-based work expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Bachelor's degree in economics or a similar qualification.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel & Access mandatory).
• Understanding of the banking environment (mandatory); experience in banking environment (preferable).

Responsabilités

• Analyse and validate data received, monitor accuracy and exhaustiveness, and identify relevant trends and developments.
• React to problems by identifying their source, contacting relevant departments, and contributing to solutions.
• Handle various reports, requiring strong Excel skills.
• Conduct comprehensive process checks on reporting systems.
• Provide harmonised sets of reports to meet company and group needs, satisfying internal and external customers while applying harmonisation principles.
• Limit and streamline information flows to create clear, unequivocal reports and figures.
• Prepare monthly reporting and other reports, ensuring monthly closure according to schedule.
• Comment on reports and participate in changes to procedures, processes, and systems to address insufficiencies or modifications (including computerisation, new products, and services).
