Keystone Solutions in Brussels serves as a client-site consultancy, delivering expert finance and budgeting support on client projects. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client engagements, bringing your values and expertise to every assignment.

Responsibilities include supporting IT Production teams with budgets and forecasts, monitoring cost categories, overseeing contract lifecycles, collaborating with Tribe Leads and Procurement, and using tools to initiate

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or similar qualification.
At least 3 years of performance management experience.
Strong Excel skills mandatory.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Familiarity with SAP and BNPP tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

Provide day-to-day support to IT Production teams with budget forecasts and financial reporting.
Monitor and document evolution of cost categories (Resource Costs, Non-Resource Costs and Subco).
Oversee life-cycle of contracts, from initiation to completion.
Work closely with Tribe Leads, Contract Managers, Procurement and other relevant parties.
Employ various tools to initiate new requests, oversee status of current spend, manage follow-up actions.
Track and manage the finance process end-to-end, ensuring all steps are completed effectively.
